To receive your insurance-related documents by electronic delivery instead of by mail, you must enroll in Kingstone’s Electronic Delivery of Documents Program (“Kingstone Paperless”). By enrolling in Kingstone Paperless, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions of Kingstone Paperless. You represent that you are a named insured on the policy and billing account and that you have the authority to elect participation in Kingstone Paperless. Only one named insured’s affirmative consent is required to enroll in Kingstone Paperless, regardless of the number of named insureds on the policy or billing account.
By enrolling a policy or billing account in Kingstone Paperless, you agree to receive policy documents or billing documents by electronic delivery instead of by mail. Policy and billing documents include any renewal, continuation, replacement, change, or re-write of the enrolled policy. This includes cancellation, nonrenewal, conditional renewal, renewal with altered terms, and premium increase notices where permitted by state law. Your consent to Kingstone Paperless will remain in effect and will apply to all future renewals, continuations, replacements, re-writes and changes to any policy or billing account, regardless of whether the policy number or billing account number changes unless (1) you withdraw your consent in accordance with the terms and conditions, or (2) we terminate Kingstone Paperless, your enrollment in Kingstone Paperless, or the enrollment of a policy or billing account in Kingstone Paperless. Kingstone is not liable for any loss, liability, cost, expense, or claim arising out of your enrollment in Kingstone Paperless or your election to receive documents by electronic delivery.
