As we learn more about COVID-19, Kingstone wants to inform you of the proactive measures we have taken to ensure the health and safety of our workforce, while continuing to serve our Producers and Policyholders.
As a company, we are prepared to conduct business remotely to ensure that business will continue normally. Should the need arise for our team to stay at home; it will still be business as usual. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and adjust our internal policies quickly.
We are committed to providing uninterrupted service. In the event one or more of our buildings closes, our Consumer Portal and phone service will continue to be available. Our Consumer Portal allows you easy access to Policy Status, Make a Payment, and Policy Documents right from your home.
Our team members will continue to remain available during regular business hours. We are here for our policyholders and if you need assistance or have been impacted, we will work to find a solution with you.
As we all adapt to the circumstances caused by COVID-19, Kingstone will respond quickly and effectively to any developments. As a company, we will make changes that are needed and that are best for the health and safety of our Employees, our Producers, and our Policyholders. As a community, we will continue to be monitoring and adapting to this situation and will continue to keep you updated to changes we make.
